Oonagh works throughout Cambridgeshire and in parts of Essex and Herts as a sports and remedial massage therapist, Equine Body Worker® and Craniosacral Therapist. Discounts may be available for 3 or more horses booked at the same location dependant on travel time. She has a regular clinic at Brook farm in Radwinter near Saffron Walden.

She visits stables, yards and homes at hours to suit including early morning, evening and weekend appointments, as  well as weekday daytime.

As a therapist and rider Oonagh knows the benefits of equine sports massage and MFR. These can include improved range of movement and better flexibility, reduction of emotional stress and muscular tension. She has a keen interest in ‘Ride With your Mind’ coaching and finds this exploration of rider biomechanics very useful to both her riding and her understanding of the horse.

Bodywork sessions can have a profound effect on the horse improving temperament and training potential whilst assisting to prevent injury through repetitive strain and soft tissue fatigue which leads to an improvement in performance for all disciplines.
