Oonagh works throughout Cambridgeshire and in parts of Essex and Herts as a fully qualified and insured Equine Craniosacral Therapist, Equinology® Equine Myofascial Release specialist Equinology Equine Body Worker®. Oonagh is also a Craniosacral Therapist and Remedial massage therapist for people.

She can visit stables, yards and homes at hours to suit including early morning, evening and weekend appointments, as  well as weekday daytime. Please call or e-mail for further information or to book in.

As a therapist and rider Oonagh knows the benefits of using , Craniosacral therapy, MFR and massage techniques on horses. These can include improved range of movement and better flexibility, reduction of emotional stress, reduction of behavioual problems and muscular tension. Bodywork sessions can have a profound effect on the horse improving temperament and training potential whilst assisting to prevent injury through repetitive strain and soft tissue fatigue which leads to an improvement in performance for all disciplines.

She also has a keen interest in Mary Wanless ‘Ride With your Mind’ coaching and finds this exploration of rider biomechanics very useful to both her riding and her understanding of the horse.
